North Jersey Residential Renovations was founded by John Patt Welsh on a single idea: that the bathrooms in our region's townhomes deserve the same care that goes into a custom-built home. Twenty years and three hundred bathrooms later, that's still the only thing we do.

John Patt Welsh
John grew up on jobsites in Bergen County and started his own crew at twenty-six. He still walks every project personally — the first meeting, the rough-in, and the final punch list.
His clients aren't building mansions. They're investing in the homes they live in: townhomes, brownstones, mid-century splits. Houses that deserve a bathroom that punches above its weight.
